Reconnect to Nature
Back to nature, elephant in captivity is fucked, we are also detached from our natural environment, like elephant thats bad for us, reconmect, what was our way of living, fish in aquarium with wrong conditions, sitting in front of computers 8 days and then going home and watching tv
Movement
Fresh Air
Nature, looking at it, breathing it and mostl importantly eating it
Extended family networks providing childcare and support
Less social isolation
Less status competition based on material wealth
Contemporary research on remaining hunter-gatherer societies does suggest several positive aspects of well-being compared to industrialized societies, though with important nuances:
Higher reported well-being measures:
- Strong social connections and community bonds
- Lower rates of depression and anxiety in many (but not all) studied groups
- More equitable distribution of resources reducing status anxiety
- More play and leisure time (typically 3-5 hours of "work" daily compared to 8+ hours in industrialized societies)
- Greater autonomy over daily activities and schedule
These groups have their own sources of stress including food insecurity, intergroup conflict, and high infant mortality
