Seperate what we can control from what we cant

Its important to find out which things of our life we cannot control and are governed by subconscious automatic processes and which parts we have power over, what is our kingdom were we rule vs kingdoms where others rule

we cannot heal ourselves we can only create the conditions in terms of environment, workload… which give our body and system the space to heal so healing happens when the environment matches, healing is a reaction to our actions

Things we can consciously control (your the pilot)

Decisions we have time to reflect upon, like do i want to go to this party, in these holidays, which job do i want, where do i want to live, which people do i want to surround myself with (but also stay realistic, that big a choice isnt it either for people with poor education, that are weird…)

In conscious moments, the way we talk to ourselves, talk kindly to ourselves, using positive mantras, being supportive to yourself

Goals we set ourselves: today i want to achieve this or i will just look how far i come

Things we cannot consciously control (autopilot running)

Our feelings like anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, grief
