I am not sure if your message is actually that good, optimizing every single aspect of you can get stressful, for ex. when your hardcore fans dont get their sun, they get stressed
I feel like you are investing way too much time on physical aspects like hormons and sports and supplement, whereas assuming the goal of your podcast is to help people live a better live, their behaviour with respect to other humans (authenticity, having loving, respectful people around them) also becoming more loving and respectful themselves, their stress levels, releasing their trauma is way more efficient and doesnt get enough attention in your podcast
your approach assumes infinite willpower and many of the things for example eating unhealthy results also from trauma and stress and instead of interfeering at the place where you want to put the food in your mouth and feel the release is not the right interference spot, rather we should build the system in such a way that they dont have the stress or trauma in the first place
