Change the Immigration process

Concept: no asyl decisions in target country but in homecountry, e.g swiss embassy in eritrea decides whether people can get to switzerland, it is decided there, based on tests in language and qualification

→ leads to eritrean people getting qualified and learning languages

→ removes taking a traumatic journey with unsure results

→ removes extreme uncertainties and fears

If you perform well in tests of language, culture of your target country and have good qualifications so you pass the test, you get a temporary asyl decision for say 5 years, can go to the country and in order to get permanent residency, you have to integrate into the life in your target country, learn a job, integrate into society maybe learn and respect the culture of your target country, a second decision in your target country is made after these 5 years, if you didnt integrated properly, you arent allowed to be a parasite of the country but get transported back into your home country

→ leads to no more social parasites

→ leads to incentive to integrate and work

→ leads to motivated workers

Questions: does the system invite to illegally go until the countries where they wanna stay and then they can apply there?
